Our office is located at 6605 SE 221st St. (formerly known as historic Johnson St.), Hawthorne, FL.  A pleasant state highway drive of 17 miles brings patients from downtown Gainesville to our doorstep. Directions from Gainesville: Take SR 20 (Hawthorne Road) East, 15 miles from the city limits. Before the US 301 overpass, bear right following the signs to the business district. Make a right after the Post Office onto 221st St (Johnson St). Follow a few blocks until you see the Gator Dental signs on your left.

From West Putnam County: Come west on SR20 and get off at the ramp before US 301. Make a left at the first light, then make a right at the next light which is only a block way. Cross the railroad tracks and make a left before the Post Office onto 221st St ( Johnson St). Look for the Gator Dental signs in a few blocks.

From the Putnam, Clay and Bradford Lake Areas: Take SR21 through Melrose until it meets SR20. Make a right and follow the West Putnam Directions. Those experienced with 219A, or just wanting a scenic drive of a more direct nature, may chose to take this beautiful road from Melrose to Hawthorne.

From Marion County. Come north on US 301 into Hawthorne. Make a left at the Chevron station onto Lake Ave. Make a right at the Bank onto 221st St ( Johnson St). and follow until you see the Gator Dental signs.
