To navigate properly follow these guidelines:

1. Utilize the table of contents frame on the left to move to different areas within our web site.   Clicking on the underlined words will lead you to that section to be viewed here in the main frame.  This main frame and the contents frame have scroll bars at their right borders, which allows you to move up and down the page and it's contents.

2.  Within the main frame you can always return to the previously viewed frame by using your web browser's (web viewing software) back and forward arrows or commands.

3.  This main page may be "hyper linked" to outside material, taking you to another location on the Internet to view areas of interest.   The contents frame will stay intact.  To return to the page previously displayed in this main frame use your web browser's back and forward arrows or commands.  You can also return to our site by clicking on items in the left contents frame.

4.  When the site takes you to other web sites, feel free to bookmark or save these sites as favorite places within your browser software.
