Suzanne Business Manager, Treatment and Financial Coordinator I am the Treatment Coordinator and my goal is to assist the doctors and hygienists in tracking the diagnosed dental needs of every patient, and following up for your benefit and health. This way the patient's health is never compromised due to the lack of proper and consistent follow up. I will call you, fax you or e-mail you so that your treatment can stay current. As Financial Coordinator I make it my goal to see that patient’s financial questions are answered. Dental insurance is an important factor in many of our patient’s relationship with us. In order to obtain maximum benefits, I analyze the benefit information provided to us, in regard to your treatment. Making your dental needs a priority, I look into ways that can assist you in receiving the treatment you need.

Debi Business Assistant and Scheduling Coordinator As Scheduling Coordinator, my mission is to ensure that the doctors and hygienists have the quality time needed to address your dental needs. We do our best to provide you with a convenient appointment that will meet your scheduling needs. We do not overbook, and make every effort to see you on time. I help coordinate all phases of your dental needs, from evaluation to final follow up. Not only can you contact me through our main telephone and fax lines, but I can also help you schedule an appointment through our e-mail address/website.

BJ Patient Data Coordinator As Patient Data Coordinator, my mission is to ensure that the doctors and hygienists have the information needed to address your dental need.  I assist in your care by making sure all your electronic records are current and backed-up, as well as helping Suzanne and Debi with your business office dental needs.

Sandie, R.D.H. Registered Dental Hygienist Sandie is a prevention specialist! She works closely with the doctors in making sure your health and happiness is a priority. Through her talents our patients' health has immensely improved since her arrival in 1982. The Hawthorne area is very fortunate to have Sandie and Judy in their midst, as they are two of the best hygienists in this area of Florida...and beyond.

Certified Dental Assistant & Laboratory Coordinator LouAnn focuses primarily on patient care as an assistant to both doctors. She also makes sure the laboratory work and dental supplies are in the right place at the right time! Dental equipment repairs are her dominion as well. She has been a valuable asset to the office since 1987. Patients and staff consider her to be a true friend.

Becky, C.D.A. Expanded Duties Assistant & Clinical Coordinator Becky focuses primarily on patient care as an assistant to both doctors. She also works with the patient, doctors and business staff as a clinical coordinator. She ensures that our patients' records are organized and tracked so that diagnosed needs result in treatment and a return to optimal dental health. Constructing provisional cementable bridges are another special talent. With 18 years experience, she is a true clinical artist. Melissa, C.D.A. Certified Dental Assistant   Melissa is a dental assistant who grew up in our area, and in our office! She represents the Island Grove area of our community and her mother Margie is a well known employee at the Hawthorne Post Office  Kathy, C.D.A. Certified Dental Assistant   Kathy is a dental assistant with 25 years experience who has worked in our office for years. She enjoys semi-retirement on the shores of Lake Sante-Fe. On rainy days she spends time in the office helping us serve your needs.
